The Utah Educational Policy Center (UEPC) offers comprehensive services to support a systems approach to school and district improvement with the goal of creating equitable and excellent schools. The Bridgeworks team consists of Dr. Andrea Rorrer, Dr. Cori Groth, Dr. Janice Bradley, Lisa Wisham and Bryan Becherini. Our team has extensive professional experience and expertise in teaching and school leadership, regional educational development laboratories, state and federal educational agencies as directors, policy analysts, and evaluators, research and professional development with schools and school districts.

The UEPC has an extensive history of supporting the work of local schools and districts through research and technical assistance that builds confidence and competence through learning, cultivates a professional leader identity, and develops adaptive leaders.
