Our History
The Utah Education Policy Center was first established in 1990 as an independent,
non-partisan, not-for-profit, research-based center at the University of Utah. In
2006, current UEPC directors, Andrea Rorrer, Ph.D., and Cori Groth, Ph.D., revitalized
the center through the College of Education and the Department of Educational Leadership
and Policy.
