Informed Decisions: Early Learning Election Brief
The Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute convened focus groups to identify important issues in the 2016 election. Early learning was identified as an important topic. The brief provides an analysis of the issues associated with early learning. The brief was co-published in partnership with the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute.
Utah House Bill 513 (H.B. 513) Evaluation
The UEPC worked with the Utah State Board of Education to evaluate the first year of the H.B. 513 Early Intervention Program.
The evaluation included surveys, vendor data, and student achievement data to explore program implementation and student achievement outcomes associated with using adaptive learning software programs.
